Today I felt a little down due to some words exchanged with a friend I've known for a long time. Although I was never too close to her (because I always keep my distance unless I truly trust someone), we parted ways as friends. I always tried to keep in contact with her, yet she showed me the jealousy and envy she had towards me. It didn't sit well with me. It's really sad. Why can't others be happy for you when you are happy? Why must they project their emotions onto me? There are more important things to worry about, and the ones who know me, know me. The ones who don't, well that's it, that's just "them." Aside from that little drama (I hate drama and have never had drama for a like years), life is good. I'm excited about so many things in my life. Thank you God again. Brushing all negative thoughts away and wishing people happiness and lots of smiles =)

Quotes I find true and maybe even relate to or apply to me currently:
" “It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, but what is the most painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let the person know how you feel.”
"Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
"“If you wait to do everything until you're sure it's right, you'll probably never do much of anything.”
"This is my wish for you: Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth, Love to complete your life.”"
"Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, that is way great spiritual giants are produced.”
"“When I hear somebody sigh, "Life is hard," I am always tempted to ask, "Compared to what?"”

So lately I've been thinking...The purses I bought, the cars, the clothes, the watches, the shoes... I could've used it for something huge that I want now. I noticed in 1 year I racked up 152,000 points on my AMEX...granted groceries give me 3x the points...but I always pay cash and well..everything else gives me 1 point. So basically in the past year and few months....i've spent $152,000 on STUFF. Crap that i cant even remember. Then I realize...the purses...each costs more than a semester worth of school at George Mason. I have over 20....Then the shoes...who needs $1,000 pair of shoes...who cares if the bottoms are red. Rolexes...do I care if they dont need batteries? My car...okay..granted I have beater cars...but y do I care if the emblem on my car has a peace sign? And the top is hard top and drops on its own....my clothes....y do i refuse to wear jeans that dont have the letter "R" or jeans that are Paige or Joe's...Everything is all material. When did i grow into this materialistic monster. and Y do i care so much? If these material goods are a symbol of status to me, then screw the status. I'd rather be considered 'poor.' I realize now...I need to focus! Find something I'm really interested in doing...and start my business...AFTER school. 300K...should be really quick to save. I'd be happy at 150. Just Do it...screw all material goods for the next year. Maybe then i'll start to realize...they aren't even important.

I've been reading articles lately about food categories and what they do for you. I've finally taken the time to understand my body and its needs. I've also begun to understand why I was such a sugar monster and was in constant need for sweets. I could sit down and have a whole box of cookies without stopping. I started eating more protein, portioning my carb and sweet intake, and eating fruits earlier in the day. Just in the last 4 days my body naturally shed about 5 pounds. It's ridiculous. I'm really happy, and I feel great! I'm leaving to Orlando this Sunday and I CANNOT WAIT! Tan, shop, tan and shop! Life is good especially because I'm not stressing the things I used to stress about =)

I guess the longer you are in a relationship, the more you realize what you need. I need a supportive significant other. Someone who encourages me...and helps me become a better person. Someone once told me to embrace what I'm going through. What do I want to do with myself...What do you want to do Judy. What do you want? What makes you happy? What are you passionate about? What can you see yourself doing? Where do you want to be in 10 years?....35 and what?

Only You-Episode 2
"Every relationship is like a closet, no one knows what goes on inside those closed doors. Then you open the door and leave. And everytime you come back in, this room is really messy. You clean it up. Some people get tired of cleaning their rooms and decide to walk into a different room not knowing what is going to happen..."
Again, so much better in Chinese. Bottom line, how long are you willing to clean your room?

So...I was googling myself...came across my IGN interview. It was like a blast from the past.
IGN Babes Interview: Jooty
She'll rock your World of Warcraft.
May 25, 2005
by Jeff Hall
Aah, yes. A new day, a new babe. As the sun rises, it will set. As we bid one babe, "adieu", we move on to another. Each is special in her own way. Such are the lives of the Babes-staffers, and we'd have it no other way.
Enough of our feigned gloating. Enough of our jealousy and hatred-spreading tactics, carefully shrouded in thoughtful praise of the world as we know it. Now how about some Jooty? She's a gorgeous and alluring model from the not-so-far east. Virginia, to be specific. Let's see what Jooty's up to, shall we?
IGN Babes: So where do you call home?
Jooty: My home is definitely Fairfax, VA, where I was born and raised.
IGN Babes: Where would you like to call home?
Jooty: I think I am happy where I am but I don't think I know where life may take me later on in the future.
IGN Babes: Right on. Hobbies?
Jooty: I love to go clubbing and dancing, and just being with my friends, because I am out of town so often now I never get to see any of them any more. Keeping close relationships are really important to me. And definitely working out and swimming, because swimming keeps me calm.
IGN Babes: Out of town due to modeling, we'll assume. Do you consider it a full time thing for you?
Jooty: No. It's part time and when i have time (laughs).
IGN Babes: Of course, as you're in school (duh). Future nurse practitioner, right?
Jooty: Yup, thats my dream.
IGN Babes: What's the best part about that?
Jooty: I love being around children, 'cause they make me happy all the time, no matter what they do. You know what they say, "A baby's smile equals 10,000 pieces of chocolate."
IGN Babes: What the heck? Oh well. We were going to ask you if you have any guilty pleasures, so would chocolate be one of them?
Jooty: Nope, I actually don't eat chocolate that much. It makes me sick, but I love ice cream. You can always bribe me with a banana royale with cookie dough and cookies 'n creme ice cream with a brownie on the bottom (Jooty laughs and gets all drooly-faced).
IGN Babes: That's a tall order. What made you want to model, and how did you get into it?
Jooty: I wanted to model because I thought it would be a good chance to meet a lot of people and get a lot of traveling in. I got into it because my picture was put on a website and people asked, requesting me to model.
IGN Babes: Obviously you get to do the traveling. What else do you like or dislike about modeling?
Jooty: I love meeting my fans and meeting new people, especially models that I look up to. But I hate being away from my friends and family.

IGN Babes: Ah, of course. The traveling is a double-edged sword. Does any one experience stand out as most memorable?
Jooty: Of course! I remember it was my first time going out of town by myself all the way across the country and I didnt know anyone there. I had the people who I was working with pick me up and I met a whole lot of people. I was so scared to be alone and in the hotel but they made me feel at home. It was even worse when I had to stop by Texas on the way home and had to spend a night there alone, because the second flight got delayed. I really felt like I had become more independent and really grew up that week.
IGN Babes: Yeah, we can see how that would be intimidating. Made it through it, though... Hey, we read that you were in contact with D1. Did you end up holding umbrellas and donning the magic orange outfit?
Jooty: I couldn't because I live too far away, but I will be in Cali this summer for a month, so maybe I will rock the orange outfit.
IGN Babes: D1 ain't coming back here 'till December. Japan is lucky that way. We hope to see you in that thing someday though. So what are your turn-ons and turn-offs?
Jooty: Turn-on's are definitely a nice and defined jawbone and turn-offs are stingy and stinky guys who are really cocky.

IGN Babes: What is one thing about your personality everyone should know?
Jooty: I think that everyone should know that I am really outgoing once you get past my shy side. I may look really mean at first but I am actually a really nice girl with a good heart who wants to meet a lot of people, but I'm just shy. (laughs)
IGN Babes: What if we put you behind a video game console? Still the shy type?
Jooty: I'm more into just Warcraft. Warcraft is my thing. I can sit on the computer for hours playing Warcraft and Counterstrike.
IGN Babes: Oh, so you play some pretty involved PC games...That's not exactly Pac Man or Minesweeperyou're talking about...
Jooty: (Laughs) Nope, and I can kick @$$ in it too...
IGN Babes: I'm sure the readers are up to the challenge...
Jooty: Yeah, hopefully (laughs). Look for the name "Jooty".
IGN Babes: There you go, guys, you can go massively multi-play with Jooty. So what's your take on guys who play games?
Jooty: I think its cool if they have a girlfriend who can enjoy the games with them. Then its really fun, for me at least, but I know a few girls who sit there and do nothing while their boyfriends stare at the computer screen.
IGN Babes: You're just a cooler girlfriend... (she laughs) ...but yeah, too much of that is bad. Any events in the near future where we can find you?
Jooty: Yeah you can definitely find me at almost all of the HIN events, Street Warrior events, Import Fest in VA beach, and I'm working on a lot of other projects so look out for me k?
IGN Babes: You bet! Keep us updated, and we'll pass it along to the readers, too. Okay, here's your chance to shamelessly plug anything you want...
Jooty: Okay I really wanna say: If you ever see me out on the streets don't be shy to come up and say, "What's up", and I wanna say, "Hi" to my mommy who I love oh so much. And I wanna say thank you to all my fans out there because without you there seriously would be no me! *MUAH*
IGN Babes: Jooty, thanks for talking to us. Any closing thoughts or any other shoutouts?
Jooty: Just wanna say, "Hi" to my friends who live in VA! And my #1 fan, little Chris who I met at NOPI. Love ya!
IGN Babes: Is he like a little kid or something?
Jooty: yeah
IGN Babes: LOL. (yeah, I actually say, "LOL") How old is he?
Jooty: He is a little kid who I met at NOPI, and he followed me to SEMA with his grandma to take a pic with me. He checks my website every day. He looks like he is 10.
IGN Babes: Oh my god, that's awesome!
Jooty: Yeah, he kinda touched me... so I hope he reads this.
IGN Babes: You should get his number if you see him again
Jooty: I know! I do have a picture with him that i'll post up on my site though
IGN Babes: We gotta see this...

Okay, that's it, Babeketeers. Jooty gave us a nice long, in depth interview, so we're not gonna write much more. We're just gonna tell you to check out Jooty's site, and don't forget about our dear, dear Media Page. It'll make you feel like you were 10 again. Unless you actually are 10.

Can you believe it. Nurse practitioner. It's still an option, but my dream? Not so much anymore. haha I still have the same turn ons and turn offs. I guess some things never change. I remember that Texas layover. First time in a hotel room all by myself...away from everyone...it was a lonely feeling but it was so invigorating. I felt so independent even just at 18. Oh how time just goes by so quickly without even realizing it. Modeling...an experience no one can take from me.

Comfort
"Once love becomes comfort...everything is a blur...the other would not appreciate you or keep you in their best interest...isn't it then time to move on?" "But isn't comfort a security..if like you said..comfort is love's downfall...once this downfall occurs..would u then go and find a new comfort"
it sounds so much better in chinese....sheesh.

Yup I was definitely delirious on 1/27.
Happy Valentines Day!
Corinthians 13: 4-7
Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
It's so easy to say you're in love or you love someone, but to love correctly...that's a different story. Let's appreciate all our loved ones <3

Today has been an interesting day or night I should say. First snowstorm of the year! It was a like a test of good deeds today. Who had patience and who didn't? Mom was stuck in traffic for 3 hours when her car just turned off on her. This is a 3 year old car! She doesn't own a cell phone and was knocking on doors for help. Some people ignored her, some people helped her. Someone actually let her in their car. Turns out, it was my friend Mike! What a small world. It actually made me feel good that there are people out there like Mike, or the two guys standing on the street helping people knowing their cars would get stuck there. It was a good vision to see today.
On the other hand, Boyfriend's birthday started at midnight. I'm not really sure if I was being selfish or just really really overwhelmed with agitation and anger. I never realized how hard it was to hold words back because you KNOW it would hurt the other person. I held it. Even though some of the things I thought, he may not have agreed to, or I could have just let it slide because it's HIS special day. Then I wouldn't really be me would I? I don't know. Sometimes I feel like he may be better off without me. Maybe even happier? I can be a brat. But I think that most my intentions are good. I really think...6 months ago...if we didn't get back together...would he be better off without me in his life?
3 a.m. probably delirious and have no idea what this will all mean to me tomorrow morning.
